The Director of Accounting oversees and leads the establishment, coordination, and administration of all financial systems, internal controls, and the resort's capital plan. This role involves the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, operational outcomes, profit and loss statements, tax filings (excluding income tax returns), ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, company policies, franchise standards, and ownership stipulations. Serving as the financial custodian of resort operations, the Director of Accounting assumes responsibility for both short-term and long-term financial planning and the daily operations of the resort Finance and Accounting department.
As the Assistant Front Desk Manager at Sand Valley, you’ll be the right hand to our Front Office Managers - supporting both the guest experience and team excellence. From warm welcomes to shift wrap-ups, your role is crucial in upholding our resort’s high service standards, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

More than two decades ago, Mike Keiser set out to find a piece of property on which he could build Dream Golf. Inspired by the best in the home of golf—Scotland, Ireland, and England—the initial course would be built on rugged, windswept sand dunes, and be open to the public. From this dream, Bandon Dunes was born in 1999, with seven courses being added at the resort in ensuing years. Built on the success of the west coast resort, five courses at Sand Valley in Central Wisconsin have since followed, along with a new resort outside Denver, Colorado, Rodeo Dunes, currently under construction.
