The Residences at Sand Valley are a perfect getaway option for groups of golf buddies, business outings or retreats, and family gatherings.


2-BEDROOM RESIDENCES

Relax and rejuvenate in Sand Valley’s modern, yet comfortable 2 bedroom homes that feature eat-in kitchens with chef’s-quality appliances, large islands for cooking and gathering, and dining space. Each home includes an intimate screened porch for summer sunsets and cool evenings. Families and friends will enjoy a comfortable living space with natural light and ample comfortable seating. The spacious bedrooms include a king bed and a private, full bathroom.

4-BEDROOM RESIDENCES

The Residences at Sand Valley serve as luxurious and comfortable outposts intimately nestled into the rugged sand barrens, oak savannas, or scattered around the lakes.  These homes easily connect to the resort's amenities while providing guests with the privacy needed to enjoy the serene setting. Sand Valley’s homes feature all the comforts of home and more such as full kitchens, ample dining & common spaces, large bedrooms, laundry facilities, screened-in porches, fire pits, and so much more. They are an ideal space for a family or group getaway.
