Event Schedule at Sand Valley

FAQs

  • Player spots for Sand Valley Majors are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team will work registration lists top to bottom and reach out to you in the order your registration was received on the respective dates for each Major listed above. (Keep an eye out for a call from a number with a (715) area code!) Player spots are secured with the collection of the deposit in the amount of the full event fee per player as listed on the Major's respective registration forms.

  • You'll be asked to verify contact information for you & your teammate and provide payment information to cover the event package of your choice. We kindly ask that only one playing partner registers. If you wish to sign up multiple teams at once, we will require all the above information and payment for those teams at that time.

  • The Event Registration Fee covers all lodging, golf, and scheduled meals provided throughout the tenure of the event for you and your playing partner. You will also receive swag bags packed with items hand-picked by our award-winning retail team. On-course food and beverage, golf shop merchandise, and caddie/cart services are not included. Libations are included with Sunday and Monday night dinners only; some restrictions may apply.

  • Non-tournament guests, such as a spouse or child, are welcome to come and are invited to join us for dinner on Sunday and Monday nights. We will need to know your guest count prior to dinner. A Guest Dinner Fee will be applied to your individual account.

  • Practice rounds are not included in the event fee but can be booked at the time of registration. All practice rounds are billed at full rate, unless qualified for other preexisting discounts. Payment for those rounds will be due at that time and are subject to the cancellation policy. Our Golf Staff will reach out about 30-45 days prior to the event start date to gather more information about your team, including caddie requests and handicaps. Caddies are to be paid cash in person after each round of play. "Guest" Caddies not directly approved by our Caddie Services Department are strictly prohibited.

  • The cancellation policy starts at 60 days prior to the event start date. Any cancellations made within 60 days prior to the event start date may result in the forfeiture of your event fee and additional deposits unless we are able to fill your spot.

  • Pending all player information across the field is submitted, flights will be created and finalized 14 days out from the event. Tee times for Round 1 and 2 will then be created and released to the field 7 days out from the event. Round 3 tee times are always based on results (within flight) from Round 1 and 2.
